If you have a FedEx account and would like us to charge the shipping fees to your account, please email us at accountinfo@mobilefly.com with your FedEx Account Number and Account Shopper ID or Account login email address. Thereafter, we will not bill you the shipping fees during the checkout process.

All packages are insured.
If your shipment is lost/damaged during shipping, we will only offer a cash refund or replacement after the shipping firm confirms the loss/damage claim. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the shipping firm to confirm a loss claim. Damage claims may take up to 2 weeks.

must I pay for any import or custom tax? (back to top)
Yes. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and do not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. If you had chosen FedEx (International Priority) as your shipping method, you would most likely receive a bill for the duties from them 1-2 weeks after you have received the package.

mobilefly normally picks, packs and ships all orders within 1-2 business days from the time we receive your payment. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, except holidays.
