What is our return policy?
Most mobile products retailers have an 'all sales are final' approach
to customer returns. At mobilefly, we offer you the option of returning
items that don't meet your needs. Here is our return policy:
You have up to 15 days after you received the package to initiate
your return. Your items must reach us within 15 days from the date
you receive your return instructions. Items received after 15 days
will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to
you. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount
less the restocking fee, processing fee and original shipping charge.
At mobilefly, we charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned items.
To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original
condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers,
documentation, manuals and all accessories. Do not mark or deface
original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept
returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will
return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, mobilefly
reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Due to supplier issues, on occasion we may also prevent returns
on other selected products. We note any such restrictions on the
product detail page.
Which products qualify for returns?
All products, except for accessories.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us by email at returninfo@mobilefly.com
with the order number.
We will not require a reason or explanation for the return. Upon
receiving your email, we will send you the return instructions within
one to five business days.
Returns must reach us within 15 days from the date you receive
your return instructions. For your protection, we suggest all returns
be sent back by a traceable carrier. All costs related to return
shipping must be paid by the customer.
After you have shipped the item, please forward the shipping tracking
number and the tracking website to returninfo@mobilefly.com.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will
refund you for the purchase price of the item less the restocking
fee. We charge a 25% restocking fee per item.
Is there anything special I should know about returning many
items?
We allow customers to return a maximum of 3 items for each
order number, regardless of how many items you have bought for that
particular order.
Is there any restocking fee?
Yes. There is a 25% restocking fee per item on all returns.
Why is the restocking fee higher than the standard rate of 15%
for electronics?
Unlike electronics, the prices of mobile phones are highly volatile.
Prices can drop by as much as 30% over a 15-day period.
How do I receive the refund payment?
If you pay by Paypal, we will pay you either by Paypal or as
in-store credits.
If you pay by wire transfer, we will pay you by Paypal, in-store
credits, wire transfer or money order. There is a $30 processing fee
for refunds made by wire transfer and a $10 processing fee for refunds
made by money order. Money order will be sent to you by Standard
Air Mail.
Why are there processing fees for refunds made by wire transfer and
money order?
The $30 processing fee covers the wire transfer initiation fee charged
by the bank.
The $10 processing fee covers the cost of purchasing the money order
($8) and the Standard Air Mail shipping fee ($2).
How long does it take for my account to be credited?
Please allow 5 to 7 days after we receive the items to process
your credit.
How long do I have to return a product?
You have up to 15 days after the date you received your package
to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 15 days
from the date you receive the return instructions. Items received
after 15 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late
items back to you.
What if I return an item after 15 days?
Due to the nature of our business, items returned after 15
days are not always marketable. Therefore, we do not accept returns
that reach us after 15 days from the date you received your package.
At mobilefly, we try hard to serve our customers better than anyone
else. We wish we could accept all returns without any questions
or limitations, but that is just not possible. Thank you for honoring
