The shopping bag page shows you all of the items you've collected during any particular shopping session. You can go to this page whenever you wish to review the items you are preparing to purchase, whether it's one item or ten items. The shopping bag will show you a picture of the item(s) you've placed in the shopping bag, as well as its name, price and quantity. From the shopping bag you'll also be able to update the quantities of any item (either adding or removing) by clicking the button that reads "recalculate".

For the convenience of our shoppers, we will hold the items in your shopping bag for as long as you want, provided that your browser has cookies enabled. Please remember that because of high demand and stock irregularities, we have only limited quantities of most products and that stocks can run out any time. Hence, we recommend purchasing items as soon as possible to avoid missing out on any product of interest.

to place an item in your shopping bag - Go to a product's information page, select the desired quantity, and click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button. You will be taken to the shopping bag page where you'll see the item you just added.

to delete an item from your shopping bag - Click the "Trash" icon beside the item's quantity or change the item's quantity to 0 on the shopping bag page.

to change quantities of an item - Change the number in the quantity box and click the "recalculate" button.

to purchase the items in your shopping bag - Click the "proceed to checkout" button and follow the checkout instructions (order steps).

the checkout process
mobilefly uses a simple checkout process to allow you to make your purchase quickly, easily, and comfortably. While we require all customers to create a mobilefly account in order to complete a purchase, we assure you that your information will be kept private and secure (read our privacy policy).

new customers - New customers will be asked to enter their email address, first name, last name and preferred password in order to create a mobilefly account. Upon successful registration, you will be directed to the start of the checkout process - the shipping information. Follow the instructions from this point on to enter the shipping and billing information, and then review your order before placing it.

return customers - It's easy to shop the second time around on mobilefly. Return customers will be asked to enter their email address and password. You will then be directed quickly to the checkout index page where your shipping and billing information has been pre-filled for you (if you have updated your express checkout information).

payment

If you have chosen 'Paypal' as your billing method, you will be directed to Paypal's website to make your payment. You will enter your credit card details at their secured website. In no circumstances do we get access to your credit card information.

your receipt - After you have successfully placed your order, an e-Receipt will be emailed to you.

tracking order - You will be able to view the payment and shipping status of your order via your account. For more details on how to check your order status, click here. Please note that your order will only be shipped after your payment is completed.
